Ahmed

Head Chef at ZaiqaHaus and specialty chef for authentic Indo-Pakistani cuisine.

With over 10 years of experience as an Indian specialty chef in Germany, Malaysia and Pakistan, Ali Ahmed brings a deep understanding of tandoor tradition, spice compositions and regional recipes to the ZaiqaHaus kitchen.

His expertise includes tandoori cuisine, kebabs, curries, dal dishes and traditional Indo-Pakistani specialties. He is also responsible for planning and developing restaurant and event menus tailored to different tastes and dietary requirements.

His strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani food culture, product knowledge and culinary techniques is combined with experience in team leadership, kitchen staff training and quality management.

Ahmad

Spezialitätenkoch für indo-pakistanische Küche mit umfassender Erfahrung in Küche, Catering und Serviceleitung.

Neben seiner kulinarischen Expertise im Umgang mit Tandoor, Currys und traditionellen Masalagerichten verfügt Naeem Ahmad über langjährige Erfahrung im Catering-Management sowie in der Koordination und Führung von Service-Teams.

Viele Jahre war er in Malaysia tätig, wo er nicht nur als Chefkoch arbeitete, sondern auch Veranstaltungen organisierte, Gäste betreute, Mitarbeiter einlernte und reibungslose Abläufe sicherstellte.

Sein Wissen über Gewürze, Präsentation, Planung und Gästemanagement basiert auf echter praktischer Erfahrung und wird durch seine professionelle Zertifizierung als Chef unterstützt.
